3.6.3 SCSTNP

Function

Sets the tone pattern index to use in SCTNU and SCTNV.

CALL SCSTNP(ITPAT1,ITPAT2)

Explanation of Parameters

ITPAT1, ITPAT2

(I)

The tone pattern indexes for the front and reverse side. (Initial value is 1.) See Sections 8.1.4- 8.1.10.

Notes

(a)

The front side is the side in which UPX, UPY, UPZ is seen in the counterclockwise direction.

(b)

ITPATn must be larger than 1. When ITPATn is 0, a message is printed, and no further steps are taken.

(c)

The validity of ITPATn is not checked in this routine. It is checked when SCTNU or SCTNV is called.

(d)

The current tone pattern index can be inquired with

CALL SCQTNP(ITPAT1, ITPAT2).
